Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to live with us at NL Josephines Hotel & Apartment. To serve you better, we need to maintain this apartment's standard through the following notification: Full payment for the duration of your stay should be made through the receptionist from the beginning Check-out time is 10:30, and staying beyond this check-out time will attract an extra charge of 50% of the daily rate. The maximum guest capacity is 4 adult persons sleeping over per apartment. Extra adults sleeping over will attract an extra cost of 50 % per daily rate. Breakfast and daily meals are available on request at a reasonable fee In case of breakages, a fee will be charged to replace the broken item for proper inventory maintenance. Linen is changed every three days, twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). Laundry services for personal clothes are available at a meager fee. Ironing services are available at a small fee. Ironing on the bed is not allowed. Electricity bills are managed and paid by the manager or occupants, as agreed, depending on accommodation costs paid. All kinds of smoking are not allowed inside rooms. It’s only acceptable outside the apartment, preferably on the veranda. In case of fire, use all available exits and assemble at the vantage point. Do not leave your valuables in the house while you are away. When going out, kindly leave the key with the receptionist at the reception area. Weapons such as guns, pistols, knives, or any armament are not allowed in the apartment, but can be declared and kept with apartment security. Changes in your stay period can be communicated with a receptionist at least a day prior. For security purposes, every visitor will be required to register at the gate.
